SHOW SYNOPSIS:
Join Meg Murry, a determined 13-year-old, as she navigates the challenges of school and family life in the wake of her scientist father’s mysterious disappearance. When three otherworldly visitors—Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Which—arrive with astonishing revelations, Meg, along with her brilliant younger brother and a loyal friend, embarks on an extraordinary quest. Together, they travel through time and space, confronting cosmic dangers and unraveling the secrets of the universe to rescue her father. Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theatre and Academy brings Madeleine L’Engle’s beloved sci-fi classic A Wrinkle in Time to life on stage, inviting auditionees, ages 8+, into a thrilling vortex of adventure and imagination.
The creative team is seeking a cast of approximately 20-25 actors ages 8 and up. Virtual Auditions will be accepted through Friday, February 28, but attending callbacks if invited on March 2 is highly encouraged for casting consideration.
To speed up the process, auditionees are asked to pre-register online.
Onsite registration will be available.
Audition slots will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of registration type. Doors will open 30 minutes before the posted audition time.

Charles Wallace (male/8 years old): Meg’s precocious and insightful younger brother. Wise beyond his years, Charles Wallace has a deep understanding of the world and an intuitive connection to the celestial beings, though his vulnerability becomes a key plot point.
Calvin O’Keefe (male/ 14-18 years old): A popular high school athlete who befriends Meg and Charles Wallace. Calvin is kind-hearted, courageous, and compassionate, proving to be an important ally on their journey.
