How to renew your season tickets online

To Renew Your Season Tickets Online:

Option 1: Search your email for MAIL@LUDUS.COM, [LUDUS] Pass Renewal for FPCTA. Follow the instructions in the email to easily renew online.

Option 2: Email BoxOffice@FantasyPlayhouse.com or give us a call at 256-539-6829 to request your renewal link to be resent to you via email.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no refunds on Season tickets nor individual show tickets. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for free. Individual ticket holders may exchange tickets for a $5 fee per order. Please email info@fantasyplayhouse.com or call the office at (256) 539-6829 during business hours Monday-Friday to speak to a Patron Services representative and they will happily assist you with your ticket exchange over the phone. All ticket exchange requests need to be made in advance of your scheduled performance.
